I’m afraid it neither works for me nor lives up to advertised expectations. I followed advice from customer service. Even so, after 3-4 hours sleep I find I have to change to another pillow - the Gold Surround just flattens out like a pancake. I had hoped the 3 chambers had provided support for more than a few hours.
